The staff was AMAZING. There was a problem with the elevators that happened to break down on our arrival AND our departure dates. However, the staff took care of us and made sure they helped to the best of their ability. It's not about having a problem. It's always about how they deal with it, and they did EXCELLENT!

Amazing Place

We travel to San Diego a lot. I must say best room I’ve ever stayed in! Very spacious very clean property was kept up very nice. It was quiet. Definitely going to stay here again. Room was ok. We liked the living room separate from bedroom.. liked having a kitchen.. the bed was awful, sagged in the center and one side really low to the ground. The elevator was "broken" 4 outta the 5 days we were there. We were on the 3rd floor and i have mobility issues. I would have asked for the 1st floor had i known we would be using the stairs. Had to carry all 6 bags down 3 flights of stairs at 7 in the morning of our checkout. Extremely frustrating for someone who has ankle surgery 6 months ago. Staff was friendly if you could ever find them, they were usually in back office
