Centrally Located Little Italy Bayview House

  • There’s no better place to experience San Diego’s iconic Little Italy neighborhood than this remodeled Bayview home. Located in the heart of the area, a stone’s throw away from renowned restaurants, bars, boutiques, and antiques.

    Our rental is the perfect home base for exploring all that San Diego has to offer a 5-minute drive from San Diego Airport, a 10-minute walk to San Diego Harbor, and a 2-minute drive to the I-5 make all of the city immediately accessible whether it be Balboa Park, the zoo, the beaches or Sea World.

    Beyond the spacious layout and multiple workstations, the property has an assigned parking spot, in-unit laundry, & a private outdoor patio. The home is in the heart of Little Italy located next to restaurants & bars as well as near the flight path of the airport. You may hear planes and some neighborhood noise but the house is equipped with soundproofing windows.
