This newly refurbished, cute 420 sqft one bedroom is centrally- located- close to downtown, the convention center and to Coronado island. It has a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom with a tub.

The unit has its own upstairs entrance off a patio with great views of downtown and the Coronado bridge. There's a community backyard and the owner is on-sight for quick questions and help. This is a family residential complex so no parties or loud music.

Great place, served the purpose for what I needed. It smelled a little like cats in there when I first turned the heat on, but it went away. It’s on the second floor in a quiet neighborhood, it’s just a place to sleep, there’s not any glitz or glam. The hosts were so kind and I’d book there again.
