Very nice clean room. The filtered water and phone charging deck were welcomed amenities. Breakfast included was a great perk too. Only downside was the $38 per day parking rate.

Our stay was great! We are a family of six, and the room with two queen beds and a sofa bed was perfect for our family. The room was clean, and we had plenty of clean towels. The breakfast was also excellent, with many options, and the chef kindly prepared scrambled eggs for my children, which they loved. The only issue was that there were no extra sheets for the sofa bed when we arrived. However, we called Guest Services, and they promptly brought them up to our room. Parking was full at the main lot, but there was another convenient parking lot nearby that was available. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again. Great property and great service, great staff!!

It was very clean, the set up was nice in the room with the dishwasher, microwaved and fridge and separate freezer. I really appreciated the filtered water so we didn’t have to buy water. The microwave was not plugged but I found the plug above the device. There wasn’t any bedding provided for the pull out couch so we didn’t use any for the first night and asked for it for the next night we stayed. We had access to the pool at the Marriott across the way but there was not a hot tub sadly. My biggest complaint would be the noise. The walls and floors are very very thin so any walking around above us felt like a giant stomping around. We could hear the chairs scrape across the floor above us too. Otherwise the hotel would have been perfect. The staff was great. WiFi could have been better as well.

Overall, great stay and easy to get to many locations around the area. The bathrooms could've been a bit cleaner (there were some long hairs in shower and dust on floor). The parking was plentiful, but it was EXTREMELY frustrating to get in and out. Keycards only worked maybe 2x out of the 10+ that they were used to go in and out of parking. Met numerous other guests having same issues with cards not opening gates. Afternoon/evening staff was super friendly. Be sure to call down if you plan to use the sofa bed. The one in our room was covered in crinkly plastic and there are no sheets for it in the room. Breakfast was great...as others have said, there's no meat but there were tons of options, including a fresh made chef item (Avocado and bean tostadas, egg bites, blueberry pancakes, etc). They recently opened so I think they're still working out some kinks. I would stay again.

The room is new and clean. A/C super cool and nice. Staff was nice and professional. One "complaint" they knock at 9:30 AM just to check vacancy and wake me up. and again at 10:40AM to clean the room. Can't they just wait after check out or don't they have a log to know where room is vacant?. Did not eat breakfast. Nice hotel and will come back again. Notice We came back at 10PM at the hotel and you have to swipe your room card in order to enter the hotel. That's is nice and you feel secure

I’ve stayed at an Element property in another city before and had an amazing experience, so I was looking forward to this stay. This one is brand new and very clean, but overall, my stay was just okay. The hotel is in a convenient location, especially if you have a car. They offer complimentary breakfast, plus coffee & tea throughout the day. It’s also pet friendly ($150 fee/stay). That said, we stayed on the 2nd floor, and the tram is directly next to the hotel. We could see it from our window and were low enough to see the rail cables from bed when the tram passed. You can definitely hear it, so I’d recommend requesting a higher floor or a room away from the tram side if you’re sensitive to noise. I also believe there’s a laundry room on the same floor because we could hear the machines running. Parking is available ($38/night), but it fills up later at night, and the remaining spots are limited and very compact. The room itself was clean, but there were some poor design choices. The lamp next to the bed required standing up and reaching behind the bed to turn it on or off. The TV also kept turning off randomly during the day (maybe it was a cross-signal issue with another room). The check-in experience wasn’t particularly warm. When I mentioned we prepaid for parking online, the associate made a face and asked how much I paid, but didn’t explain why. Overall, it’s clean and convenient, but the noise, parking, room design, and service kept it from being great.

Very disappointed in the Bonvoy Group for what is clearly premature opening of a new hotel. The hotel is 3 weeks old as of month end 6/26. Still too many things don’t work. Room on the first day: AC could not be controlled, TV didn’t work. Room on the second day: bedside lights and electrical outlets don’t work (too tired to move again). Staff very enthusiastic and helpful, facilities all brand new. But still too many kinks to work out. Will be a nice place when it all settles, but for now too many inconveniences to justify the price tag.

I had to ask about the amenities bc front desk didn’t volunteer into related to pool (location and hours), parking (grab stub but gates will open auto upon exit), and breakfast (daily 06:30-09:30). Extra large mini fridge and microwave are nice to have in the room, as well as the smart cordless phone charger dock. No meat is offered at breakfast, but lots of carb options. Pool is located next door at the Marriott and you have to go to their front desk to request a pool key. Pool is not heated so it was too cold for us to use, and no hot tub.

We were late due to issues of an emergency nature and the staff's absolutely unhelpful non-welcoming and zero solutions. Anytime we walked around the property in the evening or in the morning. Staff did not greet us or other people staying in the hotel. There was never a good morning. How are you anything ee can help you with.
