Gas fireplace in living room, large well-appointed kitchen with travertine and granite accents, farm sink plus additional prep-sink for easy meal making! Master bedroom boasts lovely attached bath w/marble and tile accents and a beautiful vanity area. 2 additional bedrooms and a full bath provide plenty of room for all.

Plus, for those in your group who may enjoy a bit more privacy, the lower attached guest cottage provides an additional master bedroom and attached bath, sitting area w/sofa bed, mini kitchenette,laundry, flickering electric firplace and garden patio!

Perfect Family Friendly Vacation Home

This house was the perfect place for our family vacation with 7 adults and two babies. The layout allowed everyone to relax without being on top of each other and the little ones loved playing in the backyard. We were very close to the beach and looked forward to returning to the house to relax and enjoy fun evenings.

Had a fantastic time! Great location! Owners were very helpful and were quick to respond to questions. Loved the lemon, orange and loquat trees!! Very accommodating place for us. The downstairs apartment was perfect for two family members that are early risers

Great summer stay with friends!

I booked this property to use as a home base while attending San Diego Comic-Con and enjoying the city with friends. We found the house to be very comfortable, even in midsummer heat, and spacious enough for 10 adults. The host was friendly and helpful, and the backyard deck and patio was a particular highlight.

Great Location, Comfortable for a large group

Lovely home, very comfortable set up for a large group of extended family. Having 3 full bathrooms was amazing. The deck was lovely too. Perfect spot for our family reunion. Very convenient drive to everywhere we wanted to go and local neighborhood had a great coffee shop and restaurants. Anytime we had a question hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend.

Excellent Vacation Spot for Family

Kerri and John were great to work with. This was my first experience with a VRBO vacation home, and it was great being able to ask lots of questions! The home was exactly as pictured. It was wonderful having the granny unit downstairs so family could have quiet time if they wanted. I would definitely recommend this home to families traveling together, and I’d stay here if we traveled to San Diego again.

Perfect for the family

This was a fantastic property for our family get together. It is spacious, so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The kitchen is much larger than it appears in the pictures, and is well stocked. The back yard play structure kept the kids entertained for hours. There were games and puzzles available. Very clean. We will definitely be making another trip here soon.

Family friendly

We enjoyed our stay. House is a good size, we had 12 people, between 3 families. Backyard is great for kids. Front shower is the best, other showers the water barely got luke warm. Location is great and very easy to get to. View from the back porch is beautiful and like having the upper deck. We would stay here again in the future.

The perfect getaway

This house was absolutely perfect! My sister, aunt and I all traveled to run the San Diego Beach & Bay half. This house was perfectly located, was so easy to access the freeways/beaches/bay, and was absolutely beautiful. We spent so much time outdoors and the kids loved the yard space to run around and play. We will be renting this one again for the race next year!

Welcoming and tranquil

The property was as described. Everything was clean with lots of space. We enjoyed a couple nights of fireworks and survived a historic tropical storm comfortably. The lication allows easy access to stores and recreation.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay in San Diego! This house was very centrally located and easy to get to every attraction we were headed to. The house had all things baby which made our stay with the littlest member of our family more enjoyable! The host was very responsive to our questions. The only downside was no air conditioning but there were multiple fans that we used to cool the house down at night. We would stay here again if ever in San Diego on the future!

Great location!

The house was as lovely in person as the pictures, which has not always been the case in my experience. It's spacious and has a great kitchen. My grandkids loved the backyard and the patio is perfect for cookouts. My favorite part was the views from deck, especially in the evenings. The hosts were very responsive when we had questions or issues, which we really appreciated. We definitely plan to come back here again!

Wedding weekend

Our family of 6 adults came into San Diego for a wedding. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. The house had everything we needed, and then some. Even though it was a bit cool we enjoyed the outdoor living spaces. The pear and lemon tree, and the grapevines were an unexpected surprise! All this and only 15 minutes from the airport!

We had a lovely stay! Watched the fireworks every night and the kids loved the play set. It was very convenient to everything we wanted to do. The separate guest apartment was perfect for grandma and the teenager to share. Being from TX, we were surprised at no A/C, but honestly the weather is so nice that we were comfortable w the windows open and fans on. We’re not looking forward to going back to the 100+ degree temps!

Family Vacation : 3 Generations

This house was perfect for our family vacation to San Diego. Centrally located to all our favorite activities: Sea World, Old Town, Petco Park, beaches, wineries, breweries. Local restaurants within walking distance. The house has a wonderful layout, with access to upper deck. We enjoyed our morning coffee, and watching the sunsets and fireworks at night on the deck. Full kitchen with everything necessary to make meals is available. Children loved the yard. We appreciated all the extras that were available for the kids.

Great place to unwind

We were from New York visiting my San Diego son who lived a few minutes away. So convenient. My 2 small New York girls had a ball in the yard on the down times. The house was spacious and perfectly set up for our needs. It’s a quiet residential block. The location is so close to beaches and fun places. We love the area and will definitely come back to this house. Contacting owners was super easy. Stay here!!
