The property isnt ready to rent rooms yet. No double - double beds available and no elevators are ready still under construction. The woman named Kenya was amazing. She handled herself w grace and tried everything in her power to try to make me happy but im unable to walk up stairs so she cancelled my reservation and i found another hotel. But she was very professional & courteous. She deserves to be promoted to Manager

This property was still in renovation. It’s in a bad location right off the freeway exit. When we arrived on Friday there was bumper to bumper traffic to exit off the freeway to get to hotel. When I checked in they originally assigned me to a room on the 2nd floor but their elevators weren’t working so I asked to be on the first floor. When I got to my room and was unpacking a hotel staff walked in my room and she thought no one was in my room, thank God I wasn’t undressed! The parking lot gets pretty packed at night. The free breakfast was decent. The pool was under renovation. There was no ice machine near my room. A lot of the rooms were under construction. I wouldn’t stay here again

First and foremost, I was not informed at the time of booking that the hotel was undergoing construction. This lack of transparency was extremely frustrating, as it impacted multiple aspects of my stay. The pool, elevator, and gym were all unavailable, which was especially inconvenient as these amenities were part of why I chose your hotel in the first place. Additionally, construction machinery was parked dangerously close to guest vehicles in the lot, creating a tight and potentially hazardous situation. It made parking and accessing my car unnecessarily difficult. Inside the room, the bathroom light repeatedly turned off while in use, which was both annoying and unsafe. Overall, my experience did not match the standards I expect from a reputable hotel. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider providing clearer communication on your website regarding construction, along with ensuring that guest safety and comfort are maintained during such periods. Lastly my key stopped working at 11am when my Expedia booking stated 12pm checkout.
