  • This modern two-story townhome is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, offering a convenient base to explore San Diego. The home features 1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, with two bedrooms offering en suite baths. Inside, enjoy brand-new flooring and furnishings, an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a kitchen bar, and an adjacent dining table for family-style meals. The living area includes a smart TV for movie nights, and ceiling fans in each room provide added comfort.
    Step outside to two private balconies—one off the kitchen and one off the primary bedroom—perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. Things to Know: Streaming is available with guests' accounts. Property is under a flight path—aircraft noise will be present. No A/C, fans provided, and heat provided.
    Vacation Rental Contract
    You are booking with Casago San Diego, a professional local property management company. We require guests to complete our own “Vacation Rental Agreement” after they've made their booking. We do this to ensure quality and consistency for our guests and our homeowners.

Family Vacation

There were 5 of us that stayed for a week. The location is easily walkable to many coffee shops, restaurants and the beach. The condo was extremely clean, bright, and had everything that we needed including beach towels. The only slight bummer was no air conditioning but the fans were very powerful.
