This Ocean Front Condo is steps from the sand and a short walk to Belmont Park and Mission Bay. Sliding glass doors open to the ocean view and cool breeze. Use provided body boards, sand toys and beach chairs or rent bicycles to ride along the boardwalk. The studio sleeps four (queen bed+pullout sofa) with a fully equipped kitchen, bbq, Wifi, Cable TV, DVD, Bose Sound System and steam room shower. Beautiful views!!

We had a great time, location is perfect and is fully stocked with everything you might need for inside and the beach. We had to make a few alterations to make it toddler friendly as all flooring is marble and doors are big and glass, Other then that we all had a great time.

This studio was perfect for me and my daughter. You are right on the boardwalk and you can see the ocean laying in the bed. Will was available and I responded to all our questions. Would love to come back here again!

This studio was a perfect fit for our family of 4. We were steps away from the beach, very clean and spacious. We could hear the waves crashing and feel the cool breeze. So far one of our best stays on the beach. We will definitely be back.

Amazing View - Close to Everything

We absolutely loved this property. The view from the room was amazing and being able to open up the windows and hear the ocean was incredibly relaxing. We also weren’t aware how incredibly close things were. From being able to walk down to Belmont Park, up to Pacific Beach, and even riding bikes to La Jolla, we had an incredible time here and look forward to coming back soon.

Tucked Into Paradise

The location is centrally located down Mission Beach! The room was very clean and stocked for comfort. We loved how all windows opened up for fresh ocean air. The owner was very accommodating and offered us a late check out as there were not guest booked to come in. Will look for the property again in the future.

The Perfect Place

My husband & I have 1 daughter. We’re SD natives who had to move to TX for my husbands job, our daughter stayed in SD. We stayed here for 4 nights in Aug. & it was the prefect get away for the 3 of us!! The size was perfect! We love the layout, the patio, & BBQ. Very clean & just like it looks in the pictures!

Great Beach Location

We enjoyed our stay so much! This condo was ground level and one unit from the boardwalk. The pictures are totally accurate regarding the view of the ocean! It was exactly what we wanted! The condo complex has a common area, and we spent mornings there drinking coffee and watching people and dolphins! The glass doors open all the way up, making it feel bigger and like you are sitting on a luxury patio listening to the waves crashing, without feeling like you’re in a fishbowl being watched by every passerby. This was a great way to spend the afternoons. The condo was set up very well - comfortable bed, good size shower, gas stove, dishwasher and full-size refrigerator. It met all of our needs. The parking spot is away from the condo, but worked well for us. We were able to load/unload our car as needed right outside the condo, then go park. There were nice touches for guests - coffee pods and snacks, as well as toiletries you might have forgotten. We would recommend this place for couples. It’s basically a studio, but has a convertible couch if needed. We will definitely stay again!

Another wonderful week right on the beach.

The FriendGirl and I stay at some beach, Mission Beach being my favorite, for 4-6 separate weeks each year. We were delighted to find this property. Being able to clearly hear the ocean is job one. And being able to be in the sand in a matter of minutes is job two. What worked well for us with this rental: 1. The host Will was delightful to work with and responsive and attentive to any problems, That matters. 2. Proximity to Beach and Boardwalk. 3. Dedicated off street parking. 4. The place was modern, very clean, well provisioned, and organized. What worked less well? 1. The queen size bed and it being a foam mattress. I'm 6'3 and 245 so quality and firmness of bed matters a lot to me. I didn't sleep well hardly at all here. I ended up taking a nap every day. That was mostly due to 2. The front door has a lovely carved full size glass panel in it from top to bottom. Very pretty. The bad part was there are safety floodlights in the eve of the building right outside the front door and that glass panel lets all that light into the room. All night long. You don’t even need a flashlight to walk around safely in the middle of the night. We ended up hanging a beach towel over about 2/3s of the panel. That helped a bit, but not much. 3. The blinds let a lot of light from the floods around them into the room. I sleep best in a dark room. 4. The low flow toilet. Enough said. 5. The shower is…sad. We like a great shower with lots of water. 6. Ceiling fan has one speed. High.

Nice location right on the beach with a BBQ grill and shared outdoor space. Also came with a parking spot, very helpful for this busy area. Everything you need for 2 people to be comfortable, would highly recommend.
