This cozy beach cottage is perfect for couples, small families, friends, or remote workers looking for a relaxed coastal getaway in one of San Diego’s best beach neighborhoods.

INTERIOR DETAILS

This beautifully updated beach cottage blends classic Mission Beach charm with modern comforts. Original wood floors, coastal décor, vintage furnishings, and an open layout create a warm, welcoming space that feels relaxed and comfortable from the moment you walk in.

The living room is bright and inviting, with comfortable slipcovered seating, a Smart TV with YouTubeTV included, ceiling fans, and a freestanding gas fireplace for cozy evenings after the beach.

The kitchen is fully equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, subway tile backsplash, open shelving, and a large freestanding island that makes cooking and gathering easy. It includes all the basics needed to prepare meals at home.

Both bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds with soft luxury linens, feather/down bedding, ceiling fans, and plenty of natural light. The cottage comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests.

The bathroom is centrally located between the bedrooms and features vintage-inspired touches, subway tile, and a tub/shower combination.

One of the best parts of this property is the spacious private outdoor area surrounded by palm trees and lush tropical landscaping. The yard features soft artificial turf throughout, creating a comfortable and relaxing space to enjoy San Diego’s amazing weather year-round.

Please note:
- During summer weekends, holidays, and peak travel periods, parking in Mission Beach can become very limited.
- You may need to park several blocks away and walk back to the cottage during busy times.
- Parking availability usually improves later in the evening around sunset.
Beach life in Mission Beach comes with a little parking adventure sometimes. :)

Air Conditioning
- The cottage has a mini-split AC unit located in the main living area, along with ceiling fans throughout the home.
- Combined with the coastal breeze, the cottage stays comfortable most of the year.

Like many classic beach cottages near the ocean, the bedrooms are not separately air conditioned and can occasionally become warm during rare San Diego heat waves or unusually humid weather.
