Welcome to Leah’s beautiful 2nd-floor corner condo in Ocean Point Vacation Rentals, located on the Pacific Beach boardwalk across from Crystal Pier! Enjoy surfers, sunsets, and ocean breezes from every room, plus easy access to the community pool, hot tub, lounge area, and gas BBQ. Each condo includes a secure underground parking space.

Arrival & Departure
* Check-in: 3 pm (4 pm Memorial Day–Labor Day)
* Check-out: 11 am
Check-in instructions are emailed after rental agreement completion and identity verification. Signage throughout the home helps guide use of amenities, and we are available after hours for emergencies.
Minimum Stay Policies
* HOA requirement of 6 nights or more
* Peak Summer (June–Aug): Saturday check-in
* Friday/Sunday arrivals may be possible—please inquire
Holiday 2025:
6-night minimum + Saturday check-in (Dec 20–Jan 3). No arrivals/departures Dec 25 or Jan 1. Stays cannot span both holidays unless 2 weeks.
Summer 2026:
Memorial Day–Labor Day = Saturday–Saturday stays (6–7 nights).
No arrivals/departures July 4.
Policies
* Pets: not permitted
* Rates fluctuate daily
* Noise-sensitive residential neighborhood: no loud music, parties, or outdoor noise after 9 pm
* Primary renter must be 25+
* Non-smoking property
* Furniture/decor may differ slightly from photos (no refunds for minor changes)
After Booking
Guests must complete a rental agreement and participate in identity verification through Autohost. Temporary $2 authorization (drops off automatically) confirms verification. Check-in details are provided after verification and rental agreement completion.
There is some bus service and a tourist trolley. Parking in the underground garage. It`s about 10 miles to the North of San Diego airport.
