The perfect house for snowbirds or just a family coming to enjoy San Diego

Newly renovated 3/2.5 home overlooking Mission Bay. Located in a quiet neighborhood central to all the attractions San Diego offers. The one story open floorplan is perfect for friends and families whishing to spend quality time together.

The newly remodeled stadium kitchen is a true chef's delight with state of the art ovens offering steam, convection and pizza options. A 6 burner Thermador gas cooktop with true simmer. Kitchen also has a well stocked condiments and spices. On the opposite end of the open great room is a full size wet bar to inspire any mixologist.

Retractable glass door spans almost entirely across the rear of the home spilling out to the covered patio and huge deck. Endless opportunities to enjoy the bay views, Sea World fireworks (seasonal) and hilltop breezes can be had from every common area as well as the master bedroom.

Host is long time San Diego resident the lives in the house part of the year and is willing to offer tips and suggestions to help you experience the best of 'Americas Finest City'.

It’s also nice for just Picknick and watching the views. RV parking was plenty along the curbside inside the park but probably hard to use the turn-back circle on the end of the park for RVs over 30 feet long. We had a fantastic time at Ron’s house! It was just as beautiful as the pictures show, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Ron kept us updated with clear check-in and check-out instructions, making everything easy. We were very pleased with all the amenities that made our stay comfortable.The highlight was definitely the stunning views from the deck and the accordion slider doors that opened across the entire living room—it felt so relaxing to sit in the fresh air and take it all in.I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting San Diego!

The asthetic of the interior couldn't be beat! Loved the artwork and furnishings. Wall of glass opening to the extensive outdoor area w/ great views & fresh air. Our party of 3 used the home lightly, primarily enjoying our R&R in the main area. Location was great for us; easy drive to many local areas. Owner was easy to work w/ from booking to check out.

Beautiful home

Fully furnished and great for our group of six. Loved the artwork and homelike feeling. The back deck is wonderful for watching Sea World fireworks. Neighborhood felt quiet and safe.

Spring Break

Our family of 5 stayed for spring break. The house was beautiful and well maintained. The host is very responsive and accommodating. The location is perfect for touring all of the San Diego area. We felt very safe and comfortable with the location.

Perfect!

This is a beautiful house that met all our needs. Set up on a hill overlooking the water, we spent a lot of time enjoying the views from the deck. The location was very central to everything we wanted to do. Inside was spacious and comfortable. Ron was terrific to deal with.

Great central location for our sightseeing of San Diego & La Jolla locations. Short drives to both.

House has a nice open floor plan, with lots of light, and good views of Mission Bay from the hills. Well equipped kitchen and great appliances for cooking some meals in as we diid, with the exception of no microwave.

Excellent location to enjoy and explore San Diego

Very nice location in San Diego with most highlights within just 15-20 minutes driving. Beautiful large living area which can be fully opened towards the large terrace to enjoy view on Mission Bay the whole day. Also the kitchen is well stocked and the host is very friendly and welcoming.

Wonderful Stay

This property was just as good if not better than advertised. it is in a great location, just a 5-10 minute drive from pretty much everything. Wonderful view off the back patio, very clean and inviting and has pretty much anything you would need to vacation comfortably. If/when we come back to SD this is a place I would be more than willing to stay!

The house was gorgeous with an amazing view of the Mission Bay. Sun rise and sun set were phenomenal with hummingbirds buzzing all around. This was a great house to have family over to celebrate. More than enough seating for everyone, and with opening the back door/windowswe all were able to enjoy the view.

The property is beautiful and communication with the home owner was easy and very informative. We loved staying here. Theres a garden and patio with sun chairs. All high end appliances if you like to cook. Great location. The beds were comfy and the sheets were soft and incredible. We loved this house!

The holidays with family

This was the perfect getaway to spend time with our kids and friends. There is plenty of room for entertaining, the view is wonderful and the location is central to great restaurants. The owner is easily accessible to questions and responds quickly with any concerns. We would love to stay here again sometime.

The PERFECT spot!

I was looking for a home close to everything, that was safe for my traveling family. This home is GORGEOUS! It was spacious, has beautiful views, the patio is incredible, the kitchen was a dream and Ron was easy to communicate with. Great stay, great location!

We are a family of 7 on our first trip to San Diego. We LOVED the Bay Ho neighborhood for easy proximity to La Jolla, downtown San Diego, and Coronado. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. The house was perfect for us and the deck outside was spacious with an amazing view! Our kids loved that they could see the Sea World sky tower lit up like a christmas tree each night!

We enjoyed our stay and felt welcomed. The neighborhood location was convenient, too! I would have preferred a bit more room for our belongings. The biggest issue was a lack of space in the pantry to put food. It was full of their food items and kitchen equipment. Beds were very comfortable!

Beautiful, spacious home with a stunning view

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The open floor plan is very spacious and welcoming. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals. Comfortable beds in the 3 bedrooms, and the shower in the master bath is amazing! Our favorite part was the deck with views of the bay. Perfect for relaxing with morning coffee or enjoying a meal al fresco. Highly recommend this property!
