"Room was clean. Staff with bad attitude. Get annoyed when asked questions. Old man in charge of dining room miserable and unapproachable. Stayed before going on cruise and then after cruise. "Unusual hotel that would have been amazing back in the day but now needs a lot of TLC however the rooms were clean but furniture a bit tatty. I would not consider it a 4 star hotel It would benefit from tea making facilities in the room and abolishing the single use shower gel which are so not good ..."
