About this property

Very nice apartment in Costa Adeje, great pools and only 6 minutes to beach

  • A very nice and spacious studio apartment here on the Mare Verde complex. Its located in a great area with very close access to beach approx 6 mins walk away and lots of night life, but out of ear shot so no noisy late evenings. The complex has several large pools with on site bars and usual facilities Ideally located, very close to new water park, apartment recently decorated with washing machine, large flatscreen tv with numerous UK and other international stations. A spacious and comfortable sofa completes the living room area
    The apartment is fully equipped with all white goods and usual kitchen utensils, bedding and sheets.
    just bring a beach towel and have a great holiday.
