General staff was very helpful and tried hard to help the guests but we were shocked to wake up to a woman screaming at the top of her lungs berating some poor fellow. Turned out she was someone important in the hotel chain of command, she was sitting in a nice office. Not used to this kind of abuse at full volume and in earshot of everyone who was in the lobby. I heard it from our second floor room! Very reminiscent of the old British sitcom “Fawlty Towers”. Take a pass on this place it’s in the middle of nowhere as well."
