  • Villa Felice is a lakeside villa portion located in San Felice del Benaco on Lake Garda. The spacious apartment accommodates up to eight guests. Situated on the ground floor, it is surrounded by a beautiful private garden and a large terrace furnished with a table, chairs, swing, and barbecue—perfect for enjoying wonderful lake views.



    Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a large table, and a living area with a sofa bed. The sleeping area features three bedrooms: two with double beds and a third with a French bed and a single bed. There are also two bathrooms with shower cabins.



    The property includes a basement with two bicycles of various sizes and beach loungers, available for use during your stay. Recycling guidelines are provided. A crib and high chair are available on request. Additional amenities include internet, TV, washing machine, and heating. Towels and bed linens are provided only on request, for an extra fee. Air conditioning is available for an extra fee.
