Hotel Riu Palace Pacifico - Adults Only - All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"Not all the restaurants have a restroom you need to leave the restaurant and go to the lobby, which is inconvenient
Also, not all our restaurants have full bar you need to go to the lobby bar and get your own cocktail if you are not drinking wine or beer.
Lastly, very limited to no selection of fresh fish or seafood."
"Great value for the price. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The two dinner restaurants are very good. The buffet is decent, but could improve more. The beach is nice, but can be rough at times. I felt the swimming pool was over warmed. However, my family enjoyed the whole stay. I was not aware that as a silver Expedia member they offer extra perks. The best was, having breakfast a la carte, which this meals were great!"
Delta Hotels by Marriott Riviera Nayarit, An All-Inclusive Resort
10/10 Excellent
"The room was clean and housekeeping would clean up very nicely. The staff were so friendly, helpful and nice. The staff from the restaurant sal & pimienta (Claudia, Linda and Rhenata) did an amazing job. A shout out to the Japanese restaurant staff too for making my birthday so memorable. Thanks to Paquel, Carlos and the rest of the staff for an amazing time. The reception staff made my check in and checked out so well. The poolside always clean 👌
I love this hotel and would recommend it."
"They are very friendly, and you have everything right there, the beach is beautiful, the food is extraordinary delicious, and they made me feel very special."
"Overall, my stay had some significant frustrations, but the staff helped make the experience better.
The biggest issues were with maintenance. My room door stopped working, and I had to wait about 30 minutes for someone to come fix it. Later, my air conditioner also stopped working, which was disappointing. I also found the resort confusing to navigate, the beach access was very small, and the prices in the souvenir shop were extremely overpriced.
On the positive side, the staff were excellent—friendly, professional, and always willing to help.
I especially want to recognize Gabriela from housekeeping. When my door stopped working, she immediately got on the radio and contacted every available channel to get someone to my room as quickly as possible. Her sense of urgency, dedication, and willingness to help made a huge difference. Gabriela, thank you for going above and beyond—you are amazing!
While the resort has areas that need improvement, employees like Gabriela are a true asset and deserve recognition."
