The Space:
Welcome to Keith's beautifully remodeled 3-4-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse in the vibrant Castro district of San Francisco. This spacious home seamlessly blends modern amenities with classic charm, offering:
• Modern Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and all the essentials for preparing meals.
• Comfortable Living Area: A cozy space featuring a powered reclining sofa, flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi for your entertainment and relaxation. The living room becomes the 4th bedroom. You can pull down the bed for sleeping or put it away for a spacious living room.
• Private Bedrooms: Each room is thoughtfully furnished with comfortable beds, quality linens, and ample storage to ensure a restful stay.
• Outdoor Patio: A serene backyard patio perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding.
• Additional Amenities: In-unit washer and dryer, central heating and Air Conditioning, and complimentary Kiehl's bath/shower products to make you feel at home.

Dog lives on premises:
Adelle is a hypoallergenic GoldenDoodle (see photo in the gallery). She's will not be here during your stay as you'll have access to the whole house and she will be staying with friends or traveling with Keith, but there may be stray hair or dog bowls and toys that you may notice in the home. The cleaners do a pretty thorough job.
We can't have other animals staying here, but we want guests to know that there is a dog on premises.
This is my home where I live. When you're staying here, I may be out of town or staying with friends nearby. You'll have the place to yourself, but I'm easily accessible via email or telephone/texting.
Interaction with Guests:
When you rent Keith's whole apartment, he will likely be out of town. HostWell will be available to assist you with any needs during your stay.
