Welcome to our beautifully remodeled Victorian home in the Pacific Heights/Cow Hollow neighborhood, freshly updated in July 2023. This bright and sunny three-level residence offers stunning north-facing views of Alcatraz and the Golden Gate Bridge from two private patios. Each of the three bedrooms features its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort throughout your stay.
Enjoy cozy evenings by the two gas fireplaces—one in the living room and one in the primary bedroom—and stay comfortable year-round with ceiling fans. The in-unit laundry is conveniently located adjacent to the primary bedroom, and the kitchen is equipped with two dishwashers for added ease.
Parking is available upon request for one to two vehicles with an additional fee. Please note, the home is not ADA accessible. You’ll be just a few blocks from Fort Mason, Chrissy Field, a variety of restaurants, bars, and shopping options, and only two blocks from the vibrant Union Street and Chestnut Street.
