  • Our newer built 3,000 sqft home is truly good living while having all comforts of home. This modern, bright, and airy home is located right next to parks, restaurants, movie theatres, and public transportation. It is conveniently located just ONE BLOCK away from buses and the subway (Bart) which goes straight to the heart of the city. You are 10-15 minutes away from the Mission, Union Square, downtown SF, Cable Cars, and Moscone Center. With 3 floors, it boasts 8 bedrooms of luxurious living space. Enjoy access to the back yard from four of it's bedrooms. The home also offers 2 car tandem parking. There are plenty of amenities in the house in case you forgot to bring something from home. Our internet speed is up to 1,000 mbps so you'll stay connected away from home. We also have plenty of kitchen goods for if you feel like having a home cooked meal. We have put quite a bit of thought into preparing the house so that our guests will feel as comfortable as possible during their stay. We will also be on stand by if you have any concerns or questions. We just upgraded to high end mattress throughout the house so you can have a good night's sleep! We welcome you to stay with us soon!

We had 18 guys in for a bachelor party. The house was very spacious, with plenty of beds, bathrooms and amenities. The backyard was spacious enough for us to play for cornhole. This is a great place and is exactly as advertised.

Functional Place

There are very few spots in SF (or close proximity) that can fit a group of 15+. We were happy to find this place since it is just outside SF and close by to BART. The property manager did a good job with communication and, overall, I don't have anything negative to say. So long as you keep the expectations as "functional" for the group size, this is a good spot.

Great place for a working getaway

Our group of MFA classmates get together every year for a writing retreat, so we're looking for a place that has comfortable quarters, room to work quietly, and a space to gather together. This gem of a residence fit the bill. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the five full baths meant no one ever had to wait to use one. The kitchen and dining areas had everything we needed to prepare meals and served as a central meeting space. Those of us staying around longer appreciated the laundry! The only thing that could have made it better would have been a table and chairs in the outdoor space. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, aside from the occasional neighbors' dog. The location had a lot to recommend it: close to the BART, making it was easy for us to take an evening trip into the city. Relatively close to the airport made arriving and departing easy. And the area felt safe to walk in. We all got a lot of work done as we reconnected and enjoyed each others' company. And our host responded quickly to our questions! Overall, a great stay.

Golf Trip to SF

Knight a golf trip with 11 other guys playing some fantastic golf courses in San Francisco. We wanted to stay near the course we were playing. The accommodation was clean easy to find you. It was easy to work with all was as advertised and if you have a large group of folks that need to stay in that area of the city. I recommend using this owner and this unit it suited our purposes very well

Perfect for a group of 17 ladies!

The location, accommodations and owner were all perfect for our stay. We are a group of 17 co-workers with a convention at Moscone Centre. All having our own beds and 5 bathrooms was a huge bonus. The house is exactly as shown in pictures and an easy walk to the BART station. I would 100% recommend this place and I would stay there again if the chance arises.

Great house

A group of 8 older women meet for a reunion. We had a great time. The house was very nice. We each had our own bedroom. The neighborhood was very quiet and conveniently located. It was easy to get into San Francisco. We did not take the BART but did call Uber and each time they were there within 3-4 minutes. The kitchen was well stocked with glasses, cups, dishes and pots and pans. Some spices were available as was coffee and filters. We had no complaints the 6 days we were there.

Wonderful House for our large group!

It was my 40th birthday celebration and I wanted to celebrate in SF - one of my favorite cities! We were a group of 16 and this house served as the perfect place. Not far from the city and so much space! We used the kitchen and social spaces well. If folks wanted to retire or wake up early, they could do so and others weren't disturbed. There was a side room with a wonderful table where some folks worked-from-home during the day coz they couldn't take the whole day off. I have to say I loved the beds and sheets! And the towels were so soft! Overall this was a perfect house for my friends and I and I definitely recommend it for large groups or families.

Great place close to SF and the beach

Recently enjoyed a trip to California. SF is splendid. Definitely go! We’re a large group, and everyone fit with extra beds. Accurate house description. Issue with the dishwasher upon arrival, contacted Daniel and issue was resolved within hours. House is close to Bart, and highway entrance, for quick downtown access. 15m drive to twin peaks for amazing sunsets, and near the beach. Thanks for an enjoyable stay in Daly City!

Nice Location for Big Group. Careful with Children

Hello, We hosted a family get together in the Bay Area and this house generally worked out well. Nice San Francisco style neighborhood where we felt safe and were close to public transportation and grocery shopping. The kitchen had most of what we needed for big family meals though additional kitchen towels would have been welcomed. There was one rather glaring safety issue to be aware of if you have children; the windows in the top two bedrooms open low to the ground and there are no screens or bars, meaning if accidentally left open a child could easily fall out. This was on many of our minds the whole trip. Even if kids are not staying in those rooms if they made their way up there it would be unsafe. It was also quite hot up there and keeping the windows closed was uncomfortable. Something to be aware of. The house comes with two very welcomed parking spots. If you're renting a house this big you'll likely need more spaces than that and limitations to street parking for visitors makes that a challenge. It's city living but something to be aware of.

Lovely House for a Large Group

The place is beautiful and clean. It is unassuming from the outside and had room for everyone we invited to stay with us inside. Parking was not an issue in the garage and on the street. It felt safe and the check in and check out procedure was seamless. I would feel comfortable staying here again.
