Recline on a plush extended sectional sofa in the living room of this lovely modern renovated guesthouse. Contemporary art and combined modern and mid-century furnishings—from B&B Italia and Hans Wegner—are arranged with attention to detail.

Separate entry door, dedicated washer/dryer, standalone heating (no shared vents or ducts) accommodates safe social distancing. Whole-house water filtration, hand-pressed linens, and weekly housecleaning are also included.

Completely private space, in a very quiet garden setting, yet steps away from the vibrant restaurant and bar scene of the Mission and Castro. This comfortably appointed space features an eco-friendly Amerisleep queen mattress, organic cotton bedding, and meticulous attention to detail in all amenities. Great morning light in the living room for morning coffee/tea.

Private backyard, washer and dryer, separate entrance. A completely private and self-contained experience, making this your home away from home.

The guesthouse is located on a quiet street next to Mission Dolores, the city’s oldest historic building. The area is close to the eateries of the vibrant Mission District, minutes from the Valencia shopping corridor, and the famous Castro Theatre.

With a walk score of 98, transit score of 100 - everything you need is within an easy walk or public transport ride. We are 1/2 block from Muni (J Church) and 3 1/2 blocks from the 16th & Mission BART station.
