There are also many parks, freeways, and public transit with the BART subway.

Enjoy a beautifully updated studio with 1 bathroom, ideal for both short-term and long-term stays, perfect for business travelers. The sleeping area features a queen-sized bed and an extra airbed if required. The fully equipped kitchen comes stocked with appliances, dinnerware, and cooking utensils—just pack your bag and you're all set!

Conveniently located, this studio is within walking distance of Starbucks, Safeway, and other stores that you'll need! There are many restaurants right around the corner at the Westlake Shopping Center.

There are also many parks nearby, and freeway entrances to the 280 freeway to go up north to San Francisco, or south to the South Bay. You can also easily access public transit with BART, which is up the street on John Daly Blvd.

Thornton State Beach is a 5-minute drive from the studio.

This studio is conveniently located less than one mile from restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, etc.

Guest Access:
Guests access the studio via lock pad entry using the last 4-digits of their phone number. Self check-in. You can arrive at any time after the standard check-in time.

Guests will not have access to the main house. The washer and dryer are shared on-premises with detergent and are only available for stays longer than a week. $5.00 per load.

You will have 1 dedicated parking spot on the driveway.

About the Neighborhood:
The Westlake neighborhood has many families, children, and other working professionals. There are many great restaurants and shops just two blocks away in the Westlake Shopping Center.

Getting Around:
You are a five minute drive to the 280 freeway, which can bring you up to San Francisco or down south to San Jose. BART is on John Daly Blvd.

Early check-in/Late check-out request:
Standard check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.

Early check-in / late check-out request is possible with a fee. Please send the early check-in request within 48 hours before your check-in time.

Additional note:
The initial rate includes accommodation for up to 1 guests, and for each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $15 per night per guest, which covers essentials and utilities. The maximum number of guests the listing can accommodate at is 3.

Please specify the number of guests accurately when making your reservation to match the actual number of individuals in your group. Any guests or visitors not reported in the reservation without authorization will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night.

Our property does not allow pets or animals due to severe allergies.

Since we use third-party property management software, guests need to make their payments outside the VRBO platform. This software is approved by VRBO, and the payment method is secure. If you need more details, feel free to contact VRBO support. As part of the process, we'll ask you to send a selfie and a valid photo ID. Further instructions will be provided through the VRBO message thread.
