The villa with a surface area of 160 m² is located in the charming little village of Gialla between the sea and the mountains, close to the city center of Porto-Vecchio and the most beautiful beaches of the South of Corsica (Saint Cyprien and Cala Rossa). Quiet and comfortable, the house has an enclosed plot of 1200 m² with private parking (4 vehicles possible).
The property has a beautiful indoor living/dining area (TV and Wifi) and an outdoor covered terrace with views of the private pool (secured by gates).
The open kitchen is fully equipped: oven, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), cookware, hob, toaster, microwave.
The villa is made up of 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, which can sleep up to 12 people: 3 adult bedrooms with dressing room (2 beds of 160, 1 bed of 180), a bedroom with 2 double beds and a sofa bed (sleeps 2).
Bed linen and towels are not provided. For adult beds, bring a 30 cm bonnet fitted sheet.
Other equipment in the house: air conditioning, barbecue, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, garden furniture, cot and baby bath, deckchair, walker and dining seat, numerous storage cupboards in the bedrooms.
