- The welcoming chalet 'Atmosfera Res Albert' is located in San Giacomo Filippo, surrounded by nature, peaceful woods, and breathtaking Alpine scenery. Spread over two floors, the property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with a king-size bed, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 2 guests.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi. A crib and high chair are available on request, subject to availability.
The private outdoor area offers a garden and a barbecue.
Just a few meters from the chalet you’ll find the Calidarium: a serpentine stone hot tub from Valmalenco in a renovated old barn. The Calidarium is available on request and for an extra fee.
To reach the chalet, you’ll travel the last kilometers on a private road for which a transit permit is provided. Parking is available roadside, and after a short 5-minute walk along a path, you’ll arrive at your destination. In winter, if there is snow or ice, staff will accompany you by snowmobile.
The town of Chiavenna, awarded the Touring Club Italia’s Orange Flag, is 8 km away (20 minutes by car). The nearest supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and shops are in Chiavenna.
Free street parking is available. Air conditioning is currently not available. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. Towels and bed linen are included. The property has recycling rules; more information is provided on site.

Magnificent location, great lodge with everything you could think of.
Pros: The views.. walks to neighboring villages etc.
Well equipped chalet, unique design with quality and hospitality
Cons: 3 cars from the next door chalet begging for food. That’s the only thing…
