"In buona posizione , a pochi chilometri dal centro, tutto molto curato e super pulito.
Nel silenzio della campagna, soggiorno molto rilassante.
Un ringraziamento particolare a Leda e Valentino per la loro cortesia e professionalità nella descrizione dei vini che accompagnavano le pietanze nell'azienda agricola Poggio ai laghi ( Il proprietario del b&b è anche il proprietario dell'azienda vinicola)."

"Hotel was beautiful! Our room with the terrace was amazing! One night we asked for a plate, knife, and wine glasses and they happily obliged. The paid parking in the garage was close and a very reasonable price. Tons of shops, cafes etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel!"
"The facilities are well maintained. The beds are comfortable and the setting in the Tuscan countryside is wonderful. Very peaceful and serine. The pool is clean and refreshing. The location is perfect, being just far enough away from the daily crowds in the town of San Gimignano, but close enough to visit before 10 AM and after dusk.
The included daily breakfast was a perfect start to our day! Lots of fresh fruit, juice, yogurts, granolas, breads and cold cuts. And, of course, the espresso machine!
The property is family owned and operated (they live on-site) and are there to see that your every need is attended to. The on-site restaurant is also family owned and operated, with a nice variety of entrees at reasonable prices. A good wine selection, too!
The only cons are:
- The parking is problematic (as it is everywhere in Italy) with limited spaces on property and an 'overflow' area in a vineyard across the highway.
- The A/C is controlled by the management... So they decide if it is available, which, in our case, it was not, and that made for some uncomfortable nights as the only fresh air to the room was via the balcony doors which are unscreened."
"This place is at the center of everything, that being said, to get there is a hike! We parked outside the city walls and walked to the hotel, since we spent only one night we only carried a backpack and we left everything in the car. Dragging a suitcase it’s not a smart move. The hotel Is beautiful and we got a room with a wonderful view. Bed was comfortable and everything spotless. We really enjoyed the convenience of being able to go in and out to the center as we needed a break from walking. Super recommended!"
"I highly recommend avoiding this hotel. While the balcony offers a stunning view, it’s larger than the room itself, which is so cramped that it’s impossible to open a suitcase without feeling claustrophobic. The bed was incredibly hard—like sleeping on a rock—resulting in back pain and headaches that made it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not worth the price. Save your money and find a more comfortable place to stay! Breakfast was ok."
"Super emplacement! Très beau et charmant!! Bien situé, facilement accessible en voiture et près des stationnements du village de San Gimignano! Le personnel de l'hôtel nous ont fait de bonnes recommandations et nous ont même donné en temps réel le nombre de places de stationnement au village!! Confortable et chaleureux! Le restaurant de l'hôtel est excellent aussi! Belle piscine et environnement incroyable pour le déjeuner également! Bref, nous avons eu un bon moment de détente. Nous recommandons fortement!!"
"The property is very nice . My room was ok , nice view , spacious bathroom except the shower . The lights switchers are confusing but understandable because is an old European style . Breakfast is very good . A lot choices and was included in the price . Staff is great always try to help you . Location is good , just 600 mts from San Gimignano main entrance . You don’t need a car to go close to inside the walls . Parking is difficult in the area but you will find a spot away from the hotel .! I will recommend this property is you like to be close to the area !"
"The most beautiful views!! 360 degrees to the Tuscany hills. Everything is so clean and well maintained. Staff is very kind and helpful.
Breakfast with delicious bread facing the valley and town.
It is the most relaxing place you will find around. Did not get into the pool as the weather was playing tricks on, but the place is so wonderful that you don’t even need the pool.
Awesome place"
