"The property was in a great neighborhood but the traffic outside our door was at times deafening making it hard to sleep. The room smelled of stale smoke. We could not access the internet in our first few days and had no hot water until we learned there was a switch that turned on the heater. Our property manager did his best but we think it would have been most helpful to have a page of instructions available to guide us and troubleshoot any problems. "Besser kann man es nicht haben. Den Pool hatten wir gefühlt immer für uns alleine. Die Lage der Unterkunft erlaubt es uns schnell in Siena und San Gimignano zu sein, auch die anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Region waren schnell zu erreichen. In der Unterkunft war es sehr ruhig, ideal um sich zu erholen. Traumhaft schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Ciao Oli"

"Carlos greeted us at the property and ensured we knew where everything was in the residence which was well equipped, very clean and next door to a grocery store. Carlos also recommended a great beach called the American Beach nearby and a fabulous Italian restaurant which I lost the receipt for but the food was excellent and incredibly reasonable. Carlos and Silvana are great hosts and deserving of their rating as Superhosts. Would recommend them to anyone staying in the area. "
