"We stayed for a week at La Ripa. It is a very beautiful and quiet place. It is a few minutes from San Gimignano and it is a central place to visit nice villages in Toscany. Rodrigo was there to welcome us and securing for us an optimal stay. He was amicable and available. This is a place we are highly recommending."

So much so that we almost want to keep it a secret: The location is great (in the hillside above Florence), the space is amazing with high-quality furniture and materials, and the hosts are super friendly and accommodating. The whole place and guest experience are designed with great care and attention to detail. We felt right at home and would return in a heartbeat. "Pros: Sehr schönes Areal, gepflegt - Wohnung - wie beschrieben - alles vorhanden Cons: Keine Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen, weder Terrasse noch Balkon. Auf Nachfrage: alles privat. Die Wohnung ist für 4-5 Gäste ausgelegt, aber es gab nur 2 Liegestühle. Ebenfalls nachgefragt: der Besitzer gestattet nur max 2 Liegestühle pro Wohnung. Keine Sonnenschirme am Pool, kein Schatten und das bei 34 Grad."

"Carlos greeted us at the property and ensured we knew where everything was in the residence which was well equipped, very clean and next door to a grocery store. Carlos also recommended a great beach called the American Beach nearby and a fabulous Italian restaurant which I lost the receipt for but the food was excellent and incredibly reasonable. Carlos and Silvana are great hosts and deserving of their rating as Superhosts. Would recommend them to anyone staying in the area. "

The apartment is situated in a peaceful Agriturismo with lots of privacy and a great swimming pool. The owners are really hospitable and you feel welcome right away. Highly recommendable."
