"We thought the host was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. Wanting to please and help any way she could. We had to arrive late and she waited for us to arrive. Our room was very clean as was the bathroom. She did offer to wash up some clothes for us as we are traveling on the road. I did notice the laundry as one of the amenities however to us that means an available washed and dryer to use. Understanding now here in Italy that means a washing machine and hang to dry. "Francesco and Melissa were great hosts in this stunning house. They gave us loads of information on where to go during the days and where to eat in the evenings (excellent restaurant every time). The breakfast was nice and beautifully prepared, like everything else they did (attention to detail was perfect). The room was unbelievable for the price, a huge bedroom, a bathroom bigger than my living room and a massive outside area on the roof with an outdoor shower, which we loved."

"Living room" war praktisch der Eingangsraum, ohne Klimaanlage (obwohl physisch anwesend, vom Betreiber bewußt außer Funktion gesetzt), dafür Kamera überwacht! Die Beschreibung "schalldicht" für die Zimmer ist ein schlechter Witz, gilt nichtmal für die Wohnung. Sitzgelegenheit im Zimmer praktisch ungeeignet, da nicht mal entspanntes Sitzen möglich war. "There are a couple of areas where this property falls short. Firstly it advertises parking but there is no parking, you are taking your chances on a very busy downtown street. You get charged another 10 euro a day if you dare to use the air conditioning and it must be in cash. Half a small pottle of yogurt each for breakfast is a touch inadequate. However the rooms are clean, tiny but clean. "
