"There was no reception when I checked in — just instructions on how to do it yourself. No Wi-Fi? Then you’re out of luck. The room was really cold and they won't turn on the heater. Just more blankets. I was still cold with many blankets. I do not recommend to stay here. "

"We loved our stay at Palais Hortenberg. Everything was perfect, from the location across the street from the Archeological Museum where Otzi resides, to proximity to great restaurants, shopping, and the Funivia that takes you up into the spectacular hill country above the city. The hotel and staff were top notch. The bed was super comfortable and everything was high tech. This hotel is only 3 years old, and is equipped with the most modern of amenities. Would definitely recommend without reservation.
