External Description



Villa Case a Cantuccio is a pair of private houses located within a lovely village, finely renovated and immersed in the Umbrian countryside, just a few km from San Giustino and Città di Castello. Both houses have an unfenced garden, an outdoor dining area with barbecue, and private parking. Furthermore, you will find a beautiful pool (14 x 6 m, depth 1.2 - 2.4 m), open from 1 May to 30 September, and equipped with sun loungers and a trampoline. The pool is for the exclusive use of guests.



Internal Description



Villa Case a Cantuccio is made up of 2 lovely separate houses, located within a small village surrounded by nature. The entire property can accommodate up to 23 people, has 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. Each house is equipped with washing machine and barbecue. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request. Pets are allowed on request.



House 1: The first house (300 m2) is spread over 2 floors and can sleep up to 13 people, has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

On the ground floor you will find a welcoming living area with sofa, fireplace, and dining table. Following is a spacious kitchen equipped with: stove, oven, dishwasher, and fridge.

The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms and 1 triple bedroom (one double bed + one single bed).

Two bathrooms with shower complete the floor.

The upper floor houses 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, and three bathrooms with shower.



House 2: The second house (200 m2) is set on 2 floors and can accommodate up to 10 people, has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The ground floor consists of a large living area with a double sofa bed and dining table. Then there is an equipped kitchen with: stove, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator.

A bathroom with shower and a double bedroom make the rest of the floor.

On the first floor you will find 2 double bedrooms (both with ensuite bathroom with shower) and a mezzanine room with a single bed and a single sofa bed.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity, except heating); Internet Wifi.



Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (450.00€); heating according to consumption during winter months; extra cleaning (20.00€ per hour); linen change (20.00€ per bed); wedding fee (2.500,00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
