"I stayed here for The Weeknd concert and honestly it was the perfect choice. The location is unbeatable—walking distance to the venue, which made the whole experience stress-free before and after the show. One of my favorite parts was the 24-hour dining option. After a long night out, it was so convenient to come back and still be able to sit down and enjoy a good meal without rushing. We dined in and had the pleasure of being served by Jose, who was excellent. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was on point from start to finish. Service like that really elevates the whole stay. Housekeeping was also great. Even though we only requested extra towels and toilet paper, everything was brought quickly and without any issues. Overall, great location, great amenities, and standout service. I would absolutely stay here again."

"La reserva fue cancelada de manera unilateral por el hotel sin aviso previo. Al intentar hacer check in me niegan la habitación y no me dan ninguna opción para poder acceder a algún hotel de su red. Todo esto pasando la media noche y ante una evidente sobre venta por un evento masivo. No les importó en lo más mínimo que a esa hora tuviera que salir a buscar una habitación. "

"Fecal matter in the toilet. Pillow cases looked like they had been used. The newly renovated rooms are already looking like they need a refresh. The hotel is quiet and convenient and provides easy access to Terminal One. Way overpriced for what you get."

"No toothbrush/toothpaste/hairdryer/slippers which I think these are basic stuffs for a 3 stars hotel. Very low water pressure, can’t even wash my hair. Noisy room. Whenever big bus or truck pass by, you can feel the building little shakes. You can hear housekeeping vaccum & playing music while they clean up next door in the morning. The worst part is the air-con too close to the bed, the cold air will directly blow to the bed no matter which angle. I had fever and headache next day."
