Standard Continental Breakfast, but does the trick. Staff is exceptional. Location is nice and quiet, but 10-15 minute walk from major attractions. Rooms were clean. Decor is a little old, but basically need room to get some sleep and shower. Would definitely recommend this place, especially for the fantastic staff.

I will definitely come back here if I visit Venice again. The location is right in the city center, which is very convenient. Everyone who works there is extremely attentive and kind. The room on the upper floor, accessed through the courtyard, was very quiet. The rooms have been newly renovated and the beds are very comfortable. I truly appreciate everyone for their hard work.

Hotel concierge is amazing. The staff overall is amazing. A few features with the room didn’t work. Mainly the bathroom. Running toilets and the shower randomly going off through the night. No air circulation unless you open the windows. Cleanliness was fantastic. A beautiful property. We will always come back. Minor issues need to be addressed.

The staff were very helpful. Matteo made reservations for us at a restaurant frequented by locals as we were looking for an authentic meal. He also made several helpful suggestions for things to see and do. We had a beautiful room and the linens were very nice. A short walk to the water bus. We would stay there again.
