I accidentally left my AirPods behind after checkout, and when I contacted the hotel, they immediately offered to ship them to me via DHL/UPS without hesitation. This level of care and responsiveness is rare and deeply appreciated. From the accommodations to the dining to the exceptional customer service, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations.
