It has two bedrooms, the main one, with a double bed, is very spacious and has its own bathroom with bathtub and terrace. The second bedroom also has views of the port. The second bathroom, also with a bathtub, is located in the hallway.



It has a private solarium terrace with a barbecue, accessed via the communal staircase.



The apartment is on the 7th floor, which means the temperature, especially in the hottest months, is perfect, and yet it has air conditioning in both the bedrooms and the living room.



The apartment has wifi connection.



LOCATION:



The urbanisation, Los Miradores del Puerto, at km 14, has a large communal area with garden, paddle court and swimming pool. The swimming pool opens all year through.



About 50 metres away there is a large supermarket (Spar), and in the area there are plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets...



It is about 10-15 minutes' walk from the Port of Tomás Maestre, where there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops and a large supermarket (Supercor) next to which a local market takes place on Saturday mornings.

Furthermore, in this same area of Tomás Maestre there is a sports centre with tennis courts, padel and five-a-side football, as well as very complete indoor facilities, such as a large gymnasium with sea views, where anyone can purchase a pass for the use and enjoyment of the courts and attendance at the different classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, Weight training...

For arrivals between 9pm and 12am it is necessary to confirm before booking and incur an extra charge of €30.
