There is no elevator.
The apartment consists of:

2. two bedrooms,

4. a very large kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances.
One bedroom has an electrically operated double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) with separate mattresses and slatted bed bases, and a built-in wardrobe.
The second bedroom has two single beds (90x190 cm each) and a built-in wardrobe.
There is air conditioning in the living room, and both bedrooms have ceiling fans.
There is free Wi-Fi and internet, and a large 55-inch smart TV with Netflix and Spanish channels.
Finally, there is a spacious terrace.
