The step-free interior penthouse is located in La Manga just a short 20 meter walk from the beach. The apartment has a double beachfront (both to the Mediterranean and Mar Menor). The 90 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. There are two bathrooms one with a full-size bath, the other with a shower cabin. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning (installed in all bedrooms+living room (altogether 3 units)), a washing machine as well as a fiber-optic TV with streaming services (English, Spanish, and other channels).

The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace, a covered terrace and a balcony. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool, a garden and a children's pool, is also available for your use.
