This townhouse was refurbished in 2022 with a new open-plan lounge and kitchen, new bathrooms, bedrooms, games room and pool. The rooms are located over 3 floors with the lounge and kitchen on the main floor, games room downstairs and the 3 bedrooms on the first floor, sleeping 6 people in total.
The private pool at the front of the house has its own jacuzzi and can be heated in winter months for an additional fee, the basement games room is a great place for the family to enjoy with TV, pool table and dart board.
The home has outside space to sit and enjoy a meal or just to relax with a drink. The main bedroom on the first floor also has a balcony and the house also has a small patio area at the rear of the property.
The home is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances including fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, hob, washing machine, hairdryer and iron. The flat screen TV provides Spanish TV channels and Netflix is supplied free of charge, as well as the fast free WiFi Internet.
The home is ideal for families and couples, the beaches are just a couple of minutes drive away and the area around the home has many restaurants and bars.

Budget accommodation
Main bedroom and bathroom was nice and airy, the other 2 bedrooms adequate. The bedroom downstairs was unacceptable but the owner explained that this was going to be converted to a games room eventually. Fridge was also going to be replaced.
Electronic key didn't work for us and we had to make several calls during our stay because we were locked out. With 8 people in the casa we needed at least 2 keys. There should be a meet and greet service available - took us 2 days to find iron and ironing board!
