  • The Mediterranean-style Villa Calinda is centrally located on Km 6 of the La Manga Strip on the side of the Mar Menor Lagoon on the shores of the Mar Menor. The villa is newly renovated and modern-comfortable. The central but quiet location in House District invites you to relax and unwind. Restaurants and bars in walking distance, as well pharmacies and small shops for daily shopping. From the front door there are 30 steps to the shores of the Mar Menor, 300 steps up to the Mediterranean beach. In particular, the Mar Menor is inviting with its wide, flat strip of water to many water sports a: windsurfing, kite surfing, canoeing, water skiing, sailing, diving, as well as the simple swimming is due to the high salinity and warm temperatures in the summer a floating pleasure.
