Beautiful and comfortable two bedroom apartment with views of the port.

The apartment is very spacious and spacious, it has a separate kitchen with gallery, a very spacious living room with access to a terrace with beautiful views of Puerto de Tomás Maestre, to enjoy the incredible sunsets of the Mar Menor on the first line.
It has two bedrooms, the main one with a double bed, the second bedroom with two single beds, both with sea views. The apartment has two full bathrooms with a bathtub.

The apartment is on the first floor and its proximity to the sea makes it a quiet place to enjoy good weather and calm.

The apartment has a Wi-Fi connection.

LOCATION:

The complex, Los Miradores del Puerto, at km 14, has a large communal area with a garden, paddle tennis court and swimming pool. The pool is open in April 2023, closing dates to be confirmed.

About 50 meters away there is a large supermarket (Spar), and in the area there are a multitude of bars, restaurants, supermarkets...

It is about 10-15 minutes walk from Puerto de Tomás Maestre, where there are a multitude of restaurants, bars, shops and a large supermarket (Supercor) next to which a local market takes place every Saturday morning.
In addition, in this same area of Tomás Maestre there is a sports center with tennis, paddle and soccer courts as well as very complete indoor facilities, such as a large gym with sea views, where anyone can buy a voucher to use and enjoy the courts and attend the different classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, Bodybuilding...

Closed garage space upon reservation, subject to availability, 6€ per night.
Dogs are allowed with prior notice (25€ extra per stay).
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
For arrivals between 9pm and 12am it is necessary to confirm before booking and they involve an extra fee of 30€.
