"To start off we had many issues with parking, once there we had no help with our luggage never did anyone sent help. The room was super hot and it had a smell, our sink was clogged and the shower head was what I looked clogged because there was no pressure . Overall we were very uncomfortable and decided to book another hotel for the night. They didn’t wanted to cancel the night we had left or even compensate us with a refund. So won’t be coming back and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL !"

"Great staff, beautiful lobby and nice pool area. Buffet a little pricey but very nice and excellent ambiance. Water damage to laminate in two rooms we had. Bad management decision to use laminate flooring in the hotel renovation. 17th floor hallway had odour issues most likely related to a category 3 water damage. Needs expert to address the problem."
