Nice Hotel, But Check-In Was a Disaster The hotel itself was great—modern, clean, and well-maintained. The rooms and bathrooms were nice, and the breakfast was good. However, the check-in process was a complete mess. We were a group of over 25 people, yet there was only one person handling check-ins. It took over 30 minutes for a second employee to show up, and by then, we had already been waiting far too long. In total, it took over two hours just to get checked in, which was extremely frustrating after a long trip. Once that ordeal was over, the stay was enjoyable, but the hotel really needs to improve its staffing at the front desk.
