  • This condo is conveniently situated on the ground floor with a view over the Mayan Palace golf course 4th hole tee-off. Parking close by-40yards. This unit arguably has the largest porch in Club La Costa with outside dining table seating 6 and separate lounge area seating 4 . Open area design inside. 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds and one queen bed.2 bathrooms, one on-suite with showers in each.
    Kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances including stove, fridge, microwave oven and dishwasher and all cutlery, plates, bowls, and glasses within easy reach. Laundry:Washer and dryer on porch. 2 Air conditioning units, one for the main area and one for the main bedroom. Ceiling fans in all rooms.
    Large flat screen television with satellite connection. Blu-Ray DVD player and Bose
    sound system with connection for iPhone and other smart phones, tablets and devices.
    Router for wireless internet access included.
    Villa II swimming pool 30 feet away and large complex swimming pool 80 yards from front door.
