This expansive 7,500-square-foot villa features seven elegantly appointed bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 24 guests in luxurious comfort.

The villa's architecture emphasizes seamless indoor-outdoor living, with floor-to-ceiling glass walls that open to reveal panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez. The open-concept living area includes a spacious lounge, a formal dining space seating twelve, and a gourmet kitchen equipped with top-tier appliances and a wine refrigerator. An interior courtyard provides a tranquil retreat, perfect for morning meditation or evening relaxation.

Outdoors, guests can unwind in the heated infinity pool or the adjacent Jacuzzi, both overlooking the ocean. The expansive terrace is furnished with sun loungers, a fire pit with cozy seating, and a covered alfresco dining area complete with a built-in grill and an outdoor fireplace—ideal for entertaining under the stars.

Each bedroom is a private haven, featuring en-suite bathrooms, smart TVs, and either ocean, pool, or garden views. Select suites offer private terraces or outdoor showers, enhancing the connection to the natural surroundings.

Situated just steps from a secluded beach and in close proximity to world-class golf courses and a state-of-the-art marina, Enclave West 15 provides an unparalleled vacation experience that combines privacy, luxury, and the captivating beauty of Los Cabos.

Includes a Mexican Cook and Butler for breakfast and lunch service, available between 7am and 2pm. Offer valid for new reservations only.
