Every person in the staff is absolutely so polite, warm and lovely. I really enjoyed how peaceful this place is. The room looked just like the pictures: clean, spacious and nice and cool!! Nestled in the cliffs the panoramic ocean view is breath taking. Not everyday can you watch sunrise AND sunset with such a sweeping ocean view. My favorite part was the natural proximity to nature: tidepools on the beach, Pelicans fishing and a mom and baby whales in the ocean was just so mesmerizing! Id like to give a special thanks to Sulidany, Anabel, Analith, Jose, Victor, Mauricio, Ignacio, Gisele and America for your attention to detail, kindness and patience. I heard them interact with not just myself but other guests and they were so professional and kind - even in trying moments I overheard!

Beautiful property. Excellent air conditioning and hot water in the room. I cannot understand the frequent complaints of the rooms being “outdated” the furniture and finishes are all fine. The food and drinks are very good. There’s a smoke alarm on the ceiling in the mini-market/deli that was chirping due to a dying battery for the entire week we were there. FIX THIS! It’s unfair to your great employees.

The property was just OK. We did have roaches in our room and it wasn't very clean. The decor seemed to have been last update 20-30 years ago. We requested a ride to the front to catch our excursion and were told 5 minutes. We waited over 40 minutes and missed our excursion bus. We then had to pay $200 to get an uber. Nothing was done to make this right. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it to you.

The service is wonderful, our room view was very disappointing. The most disappointing thing about the resort is the complete lack of night life. No bars open after 10:00. For the cost of the resort, I would not be back.

A wonderful location. Fabulous ocean views and whale watching from our balcony. Pools are really nice and staff are excellent and friendly. However, the furniture, appliances and room decor are all dated and tired. If only the owners updated the place it would be truly wonderful in all categories.

We thoroughly enjoyed out time at Club Regina. It was so quiet and peaceful and the staff were very kind. The views from the room were beautiful and we saw so many whales! The food and drinks were good as well.

While a little remote (that's not bad), it was easy to get cabs, walk to the bus and use Uber. We would certainly visit again. The staff was very good. They claimed they couldn't make change which seemed questionable. But, a very nice time.

CONS: Food selection at buffet was horrible and the location is not walkable to other restaurants or grocery stores. You will be very isolated. We were stuck eating at the buffet everyday even though they have a full menu. We learned the full menu is only available to time share members. Hot water in bathroom was random. Caulk over mold was disgusting. We were in a two level room with bathroom up a few steps from the sleeping area. It made it very difficult when I got food poisoning one night…TMI. Bottled water is not gratis. Housekeeping not consistent with providing towels, etc. We had to ask them as they were walking by our room several times. You WILL get approached about timeshare but not aggressively. PROS: Whale watching from our deck was incredible! Grounds are clean and for the most partly, nicely maintained but property overall is starting to show wear and tear. Staff is friendly and helpful. Always chairs by the pool. Golf carts arrived reasonable quick to take you around the resort. It is very very hilly. BONUS: The iced vanilla latte from the coffee shop in the lobby was wonderful. Always chairs by the pool.

This resort was amazing. The staff was friendly and my family felt safe and well taken care of. It was so quiet and peaceful. Our favorite was sitting on our balcony every morning and whale watching. Whale watching from the pool was also great. The resort was also clean. The food was not great and I was happy we did not get all inclusive. We rented a car and went to the grocery store and used the kitchen. The rental car was also great so we could travel into town every day. It is also not walkable to the surrounding areas so a rented car is a must. Also, you are not allowed to swim on the beach, but you can lay on the beach. Overall if you are looking for a reasonably priced, quiet, safe, and friendly place, this is amazing. Also, there is lots of hills but they pick you up on golf carts. The fitness is dated but overlooks the sea.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. That really made the trip. The view of the water and beach is fantastic! It would be helpful to have an atm machine on the property. Some nightly entertainment would be nice. The bathrooms were old and the toilet kept acting up. The safes never worked. Low key place which I enjoy.

Gorgeous hotel and location
So nice here! We didn't leave to go anywhere. When we checked out they found forgotten items and brought it to us in minutes before we left, so honest. Beautiful pools and beach in front. Snorkeling was really good.

Subpar food options in their restaurants. The property itself is very nice right on the beach, nice pools and views of the beach. The downside is the location and you'll need to uber/taxi everywhere.

It is a beautiful resort that but it is tired and dated. We have been owners for 20 years, and the rooms need updating. The bathrooms need remodeling desperately. The fire alarms went off three different days, our unit had light bulbs out, the towels are old and frayed, the doors squeak loudly, our patio door didn't lock. No one is paying attention to the little things.

This resort was really quiet, lovely and clean. All of the staff were so nice and helpful. I did find the menu limited. I am a gluten free vegan and it was a bit hard to find things to eat on the menu for a whole week. There is only one real restaurant at the resort but there was also pool side pub food. Even with my critiques we would still come back to this place.

A beautiful location with million dollar views! Staff was so friendly and welcoming. Poolside and room services were fantastic and Jonathan amazing.., I am really missing my in room breakfast this morning! Loved the tuk-tuk rides to the pool with Jesus! Food was wonderful in the main restaurant. The only recommendation would be to have an ATM on property..:it got silly having to Uber into town to get pesos

The property is absolutely beautiful, it is built into the mountain side with spiral pathways for the carts and walking up and down. When you need to go to the Pool, Beach, Restaurant or the front gate, just call for a cart and they will arrive at your suite to drive you to wherever is needed. Please bring a lot of singles (“$1 or $2.00) to tip your cart drivers for each ride! Unfortunately, the beach is not swimmable due to rocks, strong tide and undertow, but you can take an Uber to Playa Palmilla public beach ("10 min away for $6 and change") where you can rent chairs and/or umbrellas, just bring your own lunch, snacks and water. This is our 3rd time this year at Regina and we love it! Our suites always have the most stunning view of the Sea of Cortez, and be sure to bring your binoculars so you can watch the whales from the Inizio restaurant balcony for breakfast every morning. You can also view them from your suite's patio if you are eating in, so be sure to bring a pair. We just arrived back on Dec 18th and cannot wait to return in early 2024. First of all, the staff we met were really nice - we enjoyed them at the pool, restaurant etc. The facility is kind of old and not up to date, the resort is built into the hills so lots of walking up and down these steep paved roads. One restaurant on site and two pools but the big one was waaay far away. Just not a great vibe. My kids are all in their 20's and there was no one else there around their ages. Mostly retired folks and time share owners. Also, not the resorts fault but super inconvenient to go anywhere. It was a $40-50 Uber each way into Cabo and a little less into San Jose. We won'[t stay here again
