Villa Blue Sea 5 is a contemporary four-bedroom villa located within the gated Blue Sea community on the Los Cabos Corridor, just two rows back from the sand and only a short walk from the Sea of Cortez.

Designed around long, easy indoor-outdoor days, the main living area opens fully to the covered terrace, lawn, and palapa dining area, creating a seamless connection between the house and the outdoors. It is a layout that naturally suits morning coffee, afternoons by the pool, and evenings spent outside.

The kitchen is especially well equipped for guests who enjoy cooking or arranging chef service, with a Wolf range, generous working surfaces, and a separate prep wing that gives the space both practicality and polish.

Outside, the covered terrace serves as the natural gathering point of the home, while the palapa dining area just across the lawn creates a dedicated setting for outdoor meals. At the back of the property, the heated infinity-edge pool and spa overlook palms, rooftops, and a glimpse of the Sea of Cortez beyond.
