"Staff were good around pool, the staff at reception wasn’t as good, when it was raining there was one guy in particular that let the staff down, and was quite rude about lending an umbrella. Food and drink was very expensive for what it was and in my opinion not worth the price. If they actually reduced price then I would say they would actually have more traffic. I feel I had an amazing trip as there was a group of us that made the experience, but not sure I would have thought the same if it was just a family of four. To end on more positive, rooms amazing and cleaners great!"
