Please note we have community quiet hours between 10pm - 7am. This is a quiet family neighborhood that takes late night noise and partying seriously. We are not a good choice for "spring breakers" or groups looking to party late in the pool or hot tub area.

Otherwise you have an elegant Mexican Hacienda with unsurpassed ocean views located in a private gated oceanfront community next to the world renowned Palmilla One and Only Hotel and with easy access to several of the most beautiful and private beaches in all of Los Cabos. This entire property is designed to foster memorable moments with close family and friends.

Located on the highly desirable "Cabo Corridor", in between the quaint traditional town of San Jose Del Cabo (5-10 mins drive), with its organic restaurants and art galleries, and the party town of Cabo St. Lucas (15-20 mins drive), you are perfectly situated to enjoy all that Los Cabos has to offer, including world class golf, fishing, surfing, and a vast range of eco tourism experiences in the nearby bays or on the East Cape. Or just relax, stock up with your favorite goodies from the nearby stores and organic markets and spend your days relaxing in the infinity pool, hot tub, and meditation gardens, gazing out into the gorgeous Sea of Cortez and bbq-ing with family and friends under the moon and stars.

Loaded with amenities including crisp cotton sheets, towels, toiletries, and a kitchen with every imaginable amenity, the Hacienda aspires to provide guests with an authentic Mexican experience from its Talavera tile bathrooms to the Saltillo floors and beautiful handset brick ceilings.

While also adding a touch of technology (WIFI / TVs / Netflix, Docking Stations) to reflect today's needs, as well as beach gear (Chairs, Umbrellas, Snorkels, Cooler, Kayaks) to ensure you can comfortably enjoy the secluded beaches below or on your day trips exploring this region.

Designed to flexibly accommodate larger families, 2-5 couples, or groups of friends traveling together, the floor plan offers 4 bedrooms, including two king size master suites, a bunk room with its own bathroom and 4 full size beds, and a detached casita with 2 full size beds that is completely secluded from the main house for those wanting a little privacy. The community offers excellent 24 hour security and is considered extremely safe.

Our amazing property manager lives just a few doors away and we can leave you in complete peace and quiet or provide any required amenity including daily maid service, airport transportation, private chef, mariachi band, recommendations for restaurants and activities, and more. Likewise, in the case of any emergencies, help is literally right around the corner.

We do recommend a rental car for guests staying at our property allowing you access to all that Los Cabos has to offer, the ability to pop to the store for groceries, and ease of access to the beautiful beaches below our home. While the drop dead gorgeous views are the highlight of this property, completely panoramic and inspiring, they do result from our "top of the hill" location.
