Pros: food are really good we love all the food from all restaurants Cons: one of front desk at Italian restaurant is sort of racist as he applies different dress code standards to different groups. We hope the management can enhance the training protocols.

This hotel was beautiful and the location was perfect! However, the lobby staff (not bell hop or lobby bar) we’re not friendly and always seemed like you were a bother to them. We booked the all inclusive package and the constant needing to sign the receipts was excessive especially since service is laid back and you only have 1 hour to be gone from your pool chairs. And yes, they were removing people’s property at the pool if they were gone longer than 1 hour! One day we waited for the server and they never came back so we left the pool to get ready for dinner and they called our room needing us to come down to sign the check… again all inclusive package.

There is some tunning needed with the staff. There was some communication upfront explaining the 10000 pesos charge as a line of credit for charges and demage but no communication on a charge of another 20000 pesos once the first 10000 was charged on the room. Our dinner at the Italian restaurant took over two hours, because they took 30 min to get our drink order and another 30 to get our food order. That usually wouldn't be an issue if we did not have little kids. But kids don't know how to wait for their food for hour and half in a good mood. Made our dinner experience rather hard. At the spa, would be nice to be given a little tour of the facilities so you know what to use and how, while waiting for the massage.
