We loved this property and will surely book it again if we visit San Jose again. The patio is large, spacious and has a beautiful view over the garden and adjacent golf course. It was neat and clean and everything we needed. However, there were a couple of things that was out of order ie the dishwasher and the one basin in the en suite bathroom. We also would've loved access information before we arrived at the gate of the complex. Luckily the problem was resolved in a timely manner but it was very stressful. Despite the minor issues, we would definitely book it again. It was easy to walk to La Comer and to downtown San Jose.

The property listing is incorrect. It is listed as 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, when it is actually only 2 of each. This was reported to the host days ago and is still incorrect on the website.I tried contacting the host multiple times days before our arrival with no response. He finally responded the day of our arrival. This caused a lot of added stress to not have our questions answered before arriving, which included a discrepancy on the location we were trying to resolve in advance.The address provided to us was incorrect and our uber driver spent a lot of extra time getting us to the correct location, which then added cost. (We were happy to pay him for his time, not his fault.)The wi-fi information was under a lamp and not easily found or visible.There was no extra toilet paper or towels in the bathrooms or for the pool and hot tub.The air conditioning unit in the master bedroom dripped on the mattress and nightstand when in use.The sliding door is broken and didn't lock. The deadbolt for the entry door could not be locked from the outside, only the handle with the key provided.
