The staff was very nice. One of the elevators was out so there was a lot of waiting to use the service elevator to get to our rooms. But overall it was great!!

Everything was perfect except for the main elevators. They were broken. We had to use the employee elevators which was not a problem. We didn't mind. Perfect location too!

The room was very clean, but the hallway rugs needed to be changed and it was very hard to understand what was going on with the garage parking/ we were there five days - the Starbucks coffee in the lobby consistently being brought out was nice - as my husband myself and my college student daughter drink coffee all the time. The lobby was comfortable. The bar restaurant was comfortable and I was even able to use the business area. I had to make a few work phone calls while on vacation and I used that room for about an hour. I didn’t use the Fitness room, but it was nice. Unfortunately, the elevator was broke. They probably should’ve fixed it while we were there. Overall, I would go back again.

Great location to get to and from airport, Santana Row and walk around downtown areas. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Hotel was clean with spacious sized rooms and bathroom. I definitely think it’s the better hotel in terms of size and cost for comparable ones that are nearby - I will definitely come back when in SJ.
