Can't expect more for the location...

Very friendly staff. From parking to checkin, getting card key, to the room in less than 10 minutes. Very reasonable price for the location, the room, the service. Will definitely come back again.

Property is pretty run down and more like a hostel than a motel. Would not stay there again Only redeeming factor is its proximity to the SAP center.

ive stayed at Arena hotel several timed San Jose California. i like this hotel. However I wish they still had a breakfast of some sort. It was a good hot breakfadt however they've never ever recovered and included that back in as a amenity which I liked a lot and wish they would bring it back.

The place had a very nice entry. The check in staff were welcoming and pleasant. I walk into a old room with bllod on the carpet ans a moldy bathroom. It was clean yet overall unsafe and unsanitary.

Where can we get coffee or food

there was not bottled water to use for in room coffee machine, there was no guest coffee in the lobby and when asked the front desk about list of eateries or where we could order locally they did not have a dining directory.

Long line at check in. One worker only at the front desk. The hotel is dirty and smells bad. Needs to get updated. Very outdated. The only good thing about the hotel was the walk to the SAP center. Quick 2 min walk.

Went here a few years ago and it was ok, but this time around our stay was disappointing. There were a lot of stains in the room, and it needs a lot of refurbishment, there’s a lot of wear and tear in the shower. Very thin blanket on the bed. Only good thing about the place was that the staff was nice. Would never stay here again unless it gets a complete renovation.
