Great all around. Staff was courteous. Rooms were large and well furnished. Bed very comfortable. Parking was on-site and convenient (note there is a $10/day charge) still good. Inside is clean and well decorated. Breakfast had many selections and a staff who wouldn’t let anything go empty. Probably the best of any hotel. Very well done guys! Great job.

Sparks Taekwondo Has a tournament every year in San Jose. Having stayed last year at the Hampton Inn with the use of the Common Area to Meet & Relax we had a positive experience, Sparks Taekwondo told the Parents to book the rooms from 2/23-2/25. Except this time the Manager (Lady) was rude and had poor PR. We could not use the Common Area but were told to go to the Pool Area where we could meet and eat dinner with our group & little kids, the Chlorine smell was highly irritable. I went to speak with the Manager on 2/24/24 at 8:45 PM to see if she would let us use the Meeting Room as the kids were complaining of the smell and irritation of the Chlorine while eating She agreed if I paid $100 for the use of the Room but only for 1 Hour.
